At Cernucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Cernucci packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
