We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials including 18K Gold plating and premium stainless steel. While it is water-resistant, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and perfumes to maintain its shine for years.
